5. Shipping Charges

If the exchange is approved because we sent the wrong product or the product arrived defective, Plainory will cover the reasonable shipping costs associated with the exchange.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size selection, or personal preference. If an order-related issue cannot be resolved through an exchange, please contact us so we can review an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
