If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days, where applicable. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or original payment method.
5. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may require your bank account or other eligible payment details to process the payment securely. Our team will contact you with instructions.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before it is dispatched. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing and dispatch status and applicable law.
7. Shipping Charges
Where a refund or replacement is required because Plainory supplied a wrong or defective product, reasonable return-shipping costs will be handled in accordance with the resolution communicated by our team and applicable law.
