Exchange Policy

At Plainory, we want you to love your purchase. We offer exchanges under specific circumstances to ensure you receive the correct product.

Eligible Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Wrong Size: If you receive an incorrect size than what you ordered
  • Wrong Product: If we send you the wrong item

Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive the wrong size or product.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Specify the issue (wrong size or wrong product)
  3. Provide details about the correct item you need
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your exchange request
  5. Follow the exchange instructions provided by our team

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Exchange Process

Once we approve your exchange:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Send back the incorrect item using the provided label
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the correct size or product to you
  • You will receive tracking information for your replacement item

Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the correct size or replacement item is not available, we will offer you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase
  • An alternative product of equal or greater value

Exchange Shipping

For eligible exchanges (wrong size or wrong product sent by us), we will cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost for your replacement item. You will not be charged for shipping in these cases.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
  • Items without original tags
