At Plainory, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns only under the following specific circumstances:

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong Size: If you receive an incorrect size
  • Wrong Product: If we send you the wrong item

Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item or incorrect product.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item or incorrect product/size
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  4. Follow the return instructions provided by our team

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (except to verify size or damage)
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Damaged items: Full refund or replacement
  • Wrong size: Exchange for correct size (subject to availability) or full refund
  • Wrong product: Correct item shipped or full refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged items, wrong size, or wrong product sent by us), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
